Leadership Training

The Leadership Training Program is designed to train and equip men and women of God - to become the servants of Jesus Christ in local Church work, and duties surrounding the Christian Ministry. Matthew 20:27, says: “And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant.”

The Leadership Training Program is a 30 Credit Hour Program - Credits can apply to a Degree or a Credited Certificate under completion.

Objective

To provide subjects, courses through Seminar workshops in Christian and Church leadership on biblical understanding of leadership; while providing the essentials, qualities, and fundamentals of good leadership skills for Church workers.

Our objective is also to provide educational information and resources - to complete our goal in this most important subject; while providing community conversations, class testimonies, and personal experiences - as we study the importance of Christian Leadership.

II Timothy 2:15, says “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (KJV).

* The credit program requires textbook reading, book surveys, final paper, and examinations in the above topics. Those taking the Leadership series earn 10 credit hours, and by completing book surveys, assignments in the above subjects, the student earns additional credit hours and may accelerate to 30 completed credits.
