Objective
To provide subjects, courses through Seminar workshops in Christian and Church leadership on biblical understanding of leadership; while providing the essentials, qualities, and fundamentals of good leadership skills for Church workers.
Our objective is also to provide educational information and resources - to complete our goal in this most important subject; while providing community conversations, class testimonies, and personal experiences - as we study the importance of Christian Leadership.
II Timothy 2:15, says “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (KJV).
Who Should Attend These Subjects and Lectures?
The list does not contain all independent workers of the local Church. We may include “all those who will be leading one or many people.”

* The credit program requires textbook reading, book surveys, final paper, and examinations in the above topics. Those taking the Leadership series earn 10 credit hours, and by completing book surveys, assignments in the above subjects, the student earns additional credit hours and may accelerate to 30 completed credits.
