Faculty

Dr. Garofalo was born again in 1972 when his wife Sally led him to Jesus Christ. Both he and his wife have two children, Frank Jr. and Patricia, who are both Born Again (John 3:3) and are serving the Lord.

Dr. Garofalo has been in ministry since 1982. His ministry began back on Staten Island, New York when he and his wife began a home bible study. Feeling the call of God upon his life toward Full-Time Ministry, he enrolled in Bible College and completed his education as a Christian Minister.

Dr. Garofalo began Love In Christ Fellowship Church in 1983, NYC Full Gospel Bible Institute in 1984, and NYC Full Gospel Theological Seminary in 1990. He has a Masters in Theology and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and Psychology.

Dr. Garofalo provides Christian Counseling for marriage and family in the state of Florida and New York, as well as Nationally - through Telephone Counseling Services.

The Seminary consists of a Ministerial Board of Directors made up of Licensed and Ordained Ministers, who are specialists in Ministry (Pastors, Evangelists, Missionaries, and Counselors/Teachers). The function of the board is to address applicants for certification processing, and to supervise the educational system of the Seminary.
